Aqua-House can build many different models. Here you can see pictures of several Aqua-house Harmonia 340 's with a length of 10 meters 20 and width of 3 meters 40. You can choose 1 or 2 bedrooms. For the version with 2 Bedrooms, the basic price is 2000 euros higher.
The houseboats of Aqua-House have a good price-quality ratio. The builder works with well-known suppliers (Bosch or Siemens) and the electrical installation is from Victron. The frame is deliberately not made of steel but of (more expensive) aluminum and the boat is suitable for salt and fresh water. The terraces are of durable PVC and the roof is of renewed Epdm. The windows have an Alulminium frame with double insulated glass, sliding doors to the front terrace, 2 x side windows and 2 round windows and a rear door.
The interior doors are foldable and therefore very convenient in a small space
The terraces are PVC with stainless steel railings and 4 bollards.
Hydrophore pump, electric boiler 60 liters, fresh water tank 400 liters, black water tank 400 liters with sensors.
Shore power 230V/12V with shore power connection.
Electric heaters.

The engine is optional.The sailing package with a 9.9 mercury engine and all necessary accessories and steering console etc. is 11,800 euros.

This includes starter battery, fuel tank of 40 liters, Victron energy solar panels off grid, 2 x 360 W. Multipl;us II 3000KV, 2 x 12V/220Ah battery. Control console, Cameras Navigation lights and horn.
This can be expanded with a second motor or heavier motors. Prices can be requested.
