This ship combines the comfort of a houseboat with the appearance of a yacht. Big advantage is that this living yacht will be welcome in any marina, even where houseboats are not.
Maximum living space has been created here within the important dimensions of 15 x 5 meters and headroom of 3.4 meters.
Fifty Fifty stands for half yacht, half houseboat. But also for 50 m2 of living space within the 50-foot vessel length.
Whereby all this living space is at least 220 cm high and through the many glass wonderfully light. Which even applies to the hall, bathroom and toilet. Truly the comforts of home.
The salon has glass all around, and through the doors on both sides a lot of contact with the water.
In the sunken full-size kitchen there is a place for everything one would want at home. Large fridge-freezer and dishwasher and extra cabinet space under the salon floor.
The master bedroom has room for a 220×180 cm bed, desk and large hanging/wardrobe. There is 270 degree glass all around, and private access to the aft platform/terrace.
The point can accommodate a guest cabin barely inferior to the master cabin, or opt for a double cabin or double twin.
Because of the straight walls you can also place normal furniture. Plenty of choice, and easy to place something else when desired.
Below deck is a technical room / storage / workshop of 20 m2, with headroom 170 cm. Something that is usually lacking in this size of ship, and really a shortcoming when occupied.
This ship is obviously very well insulated.
Prepared to sail fully electric. The sophisticated underwater hull has a consumption of only 22 kW at 13 km/hour. At the usually maximum speed of 9 km/h, it will still be under 10 kW. The standard battery pack can then be sailed for 7 hours. Many upgrades possible.
Due to the twin engines and bow thruster combined with the perfect visibility all around, this boat is very easy to maneuver.
It is possible to make the boat completely self-sufficient, so without shore power and water connection.
